Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to any project you start with Void Studio. By using the site or working with us, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Void Studio is a software studio that designs and builds websites, web and mobile apps, desktop software and custom business tools.
2. Using this website
You may browse the site and share its pages for personal or business purposes. Please don’t copy our content or design for your own commercial use, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
3. Quotes and proposals
Prices and timelines shown on the site are a guide. Every project starts with a written proposal describing the scope, price, timeline and deliverables. The proposal, once you accept it, is the agreement for that project and takes priority over these terms where they differ.
4. Payments
Payment terms — deposits, milestones or monthly billing — are set out in your proposal. Work may pause if an invoice is overdue. Fees already paid for work that has been delivered are not refundable.
5. Your responsibilities
To keep a project on track we need timely feedback, approvals and access to the content, accounts and information the work depends on. Delays on either side may move the timeline.
6. Intellectual property
Ownership of the work we create for you, and any licences that apply to it, are set out in your proposal. We may reuse our own general tools, libraries and know-how across projects. Third-party software, fonts, images and services stay under their own licences.
7. Confidentiality
We keep the details of your business and project confidential and only share them with people who need them to do the work. We are happy to sign a separate NDA.
8. Portfolio
Unless you ask us not to, we may mention that we worked with you and show the finished work in our portfolio, without revealing anything confidential.
9. Warranties and liability
We do our work with care and fix defects reported during the support period set out in your proposal. Beyond that, the site and our services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Ending a project
Either side may end a project in writing. You pay for the work done up to that point, and we hand over everything completed so far.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
12. Contact
