Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Void Studio collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare proposals, deliver and support projects, send invoices and keep the website secure. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

3. Legal basis

Where data-protection law such as the GDPR applies, we process your data to take steps you ask for before a contract and to perform it, to meet legal obligations such as keeping invoices, and for our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

4. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store small technical files needed for the site to work.

5. Who we share it with

We only share data with service providers that help us run the business — such as hosting, email and accounting — and only as far as they need it. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t turn into a project are deleted within 12 months. Project and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We protect your data with access controls, encrypted connections and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.

10. Contact

To make a request or ask a question about your data, send us a message through our contact page.
